ARA was founded in 1993 by Louie Pateropoulos as a bright idea to generate more leads for an existing roofing company in Toronto, Ontario. The leads that were generated by simply printing and placing 50-100 signs a week were astounding! The company’s incoming calls and bona fide leads went out the roof! (No pun intended) They rapidly grew to the largest and most successful residential roofing company in the country! During that growth period and ever since, they never failed to continue placing signs on their job sites each and every week. That company was Avenue Road Roofing.
Hence our company was named Avenue Road Advertising. It soon became firmly established by meeting the rising demand from contractors around the city who saw our signs and wanted some for themselves.
Over the years, we have built an enviable reputation for reliability and service and we are the only company that actually places signs on job sites and/or around the city! Soon customers began to call us for a number of other promotional products and marketing services; so we expanded to meet the need. This website is frequently updated to reflect that expansion with additional products and services.
To date, Avenue Road Advertising has serviced over 4,500 customers across Canada and the United States. Our customers come from all spheres of business with the largest number being contractors in industries: roofing, landscaping, painting, general contractors and more. Avenue Road Advertising occupies 2,500 square feet of print shop and warehouse space in the busy commercial-industrial “Golden Mile” area, just off the south side of Eglinton and west of Victoria Park.
True to its reputation, the company is a permanent sponsor of the “Drug Free Marshals” Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Life Campaign, Annual Christmas Street Festival. Our President, Louie Pateropulos, is also the Chairman of the local Business Expansion Club and a WISE Charter Committee Member.
